A Brainstorm Bash is a wonderful way to celebrate your child's birthday.
Each Bash may last up to ninety minutes. A typical bash involves creating art & craft activities that fit the chosen theme for the first sixty minutes, eating for fifteen minutes, and opening presents for the last fifteen minutes; however, these times may vary depending on the number of children attending the bash. If presents are not opened at the bash, the total bash time will be seventy-five minutes. This must be noted when booking the party so the time on the invitations will be correct.
The Bash Staff are excellent! The staff does all the work so you can enjoy your child's celebration. There are between two and three staff for each bash depending on the number of attendees. The staff will greet the guests, run the activities, supervise the children, serve the children food & drinks, help the birthday child with the gifts, and write down the gifts received. An extra fee will be charged to serve any non-paid guests other than the parents of the birthday child. We do request that only the parents of the birthday child attend the party due to space and safety issues.
We do require final numbers be called in by the Wednesday prior to the bash. At this time we also ask for first names of the children attending so that we can have as much prepared ahead of time as possible. Please be sure to check spellings of first names as we do write names on some of the projects. A $3.00 charge will be incurred for any children added to the list after Wednesday.
Birthday Bashes must be booked a minimum of three (3) weeks in advance. A $50 deposit is required to book a Birthday Bash. The remaining balance is due on the Wednesday prior to the bash. The balance may be paid by cash or credit card.
We can provide goodie bags for any of the bashes. Just tell us how much you want to spend per child and we'll take care of the rest!
* Children should bring a few pictures with them to put into their scrapbook.

Birthday Buddies is a program to help celebrate children's birthdays. |
First, the birthday child selects items they would like to receive as birthday gifts. These items are kept in a basket that is marked with the child's first name, birth date, and party date. Friends and relatives can come to Brainstorm and purchase items from the basket. |
The second part gives the child's friends and relatives a bonus ... a discount of 10% off one entire purchase at Brainstorm when they purchase an item from the basket! |
After the child's birthday and bash, the parent can come in and purchase any items remaining in the basket for 10% off. |
