Gift Registry Instructions:

1. Fill out our Gift Registry Item List form
You can complete the form by coming into Brainstorm and browsing our wide selection of gifts for all ages OR browse through our online catalog. We highly recommend coming into the store so you can see the items and our sales staff can assist in item selection. (The Additional Page form is available for longer wish lists.) After the form has been filled out and received by a Brainstorm staff member, an email notification will be sent from our Gift Registry department that everything is in place.

2. Test and Forward the URL link for the Gift Registry Purchase list to participants
In the body of the email notification, a URL (website address) link will be included that contains the Gift Registry Purchase list. Please click on the link to make sure that the form is downloadable and that everything on the form is as expected. If, for any reason, you are unhappy, please contact us immediately. Once satisfied, forward the URL link to any and all individuals who are taking part in this special occasion.

3. Purchases, Updates, and Status Checks
As people purchase items off of the Gift Registry Purchase list, they will need to follow the embedded instructions so that we can appropriately update the wish list as time goes on. Purchases can only be made over the phone or by fax. Any faxed purchases will receive a followup notification. Updates to the Gift Registry Purchase list are done nightly. Feel free to click on the URL link at any time to check the status of the gift purchases.
